Do unused hours roll over?

Standard monthly plans typically do not include rollover hours. Custom retainers can be structured with different terms when needed.

Do core, theme, and plugin updates count against my hours?

For WordPress sites, no. Routine core, theme, and plugin updates are included and are not deducted from your monthly hours. Hours are reserved for updates, fixes, edits, troubleshooting, and improvements you request.

What happens if I need more hours than my plan includes?

If a request goes beyond the included monthly time, the additional work can be quoted separately or moved into a higher care plan tier.
